The event is free for guests. For participants please note the "Participant Fee and Terms" as follow: Each artist is allowed 2 submissions for consideration. Only one will be selected. All digital images should be 300 dpi and no smaller than 1500 x 1500 pixels. File format may be in PNG, JPG, or high-quality print PDF. With your submission, you guarantee that you are the legal owner of the art and possess all copyright privileges and rights of all reproduction in any and all formats and further that you will hold harmless LELA International for any damages that may result from contested ownership and rights as indicated herein. Participant agrees that any reproductions that are sold on their behalf by LELA, that LELA is entitled to retain a 20% commission fee on net receipts from the sale. All sale of original art is subject to separate terms as may be agreed to in good faith by the artist, LELA, and the purchaser.
